Rickell Curry, MACP, holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology and has spent years helping people understand themselves and the people they love.

Rick created Loving Well after noticing the same thing again and again: so much of our wellbeing comes down to how we love. That means how we treat ourselves, how we show up for friends and chosen family, and how we build partnerships that feel safe and alive. Most of us were never taught these skills directly. We learned them from whatever we saw growing up, and we carry those lessons into every relationship we have.

Loving Well is their answer to that gap. It takes research from psychology and puts it into everyday language and practical tools that anyone can use. It doesn't matter who you love, how you love, or whether you're single, dating, partnered or somewhere in between.

Rick's approach is warm, practical and judgement-free. They believe healthy love is a skill, and that anyone can learn it at any stage of life. Their sessions make room for honesty and reflection, and participants are always free to go at their own pace and share only what feels right.

Loving Well is an educational program and is not a substitute for therapy. When additional support would help, participants are encouraged to connect with a licensed mental health professional.
